Where Are the Blueberries in Grounded 2? Answered

One of the most important resources in Grounded 2 is Blueberries, and while many early-game recipes require them, the game never tells you where to find them. While breaking down one Blueberry only unlocks two things, one of which is quite important for certain weapons and armor, as well as a few other upgrades you can unlock for your character. Here, we’ll tell you where you can find this elusive resource as well as the best location to farm it.

Where To Farm Blueberries in Grounded 2

To find and farm Blueberries in Grounded 2, you must head to the southeast part of the map, which is where the ice cream cart is. You’ll have to follow the trench-like area, which you can clearly see on the map, and follow it until you locate a huge area full of Blueberries. One landmark that should be easy to spot is a Spicy Candy box. However, there are a few Bees around, so if you’re going there with Tier I items, we recommend not lingering there for long.

As you can see in the above image, this is the perfect spot to farm Blueberries in Grounded 2. If you’re having trouble reaching them, bring a bow or Pebblets to knock them down. Once they are on the ground, just approach them and use your Omni-Axe I. That’s right; you don’t need a Tier II upgrade to gather Blueberry Chunks.

After breaking down a Blueberry, you’ll receive Blueberry Chunks. Initially, the game will only show two items that require this resource. However, there are a few other upgrades that need Blueberry Chunks and others that need the infamous Blueberry Leather. Here’s everything you can craft with those materials:

  • Blueberry Chunks
    • Hedge Lord (Smoothie)
    • Blueberry Leather
  • Blueberry Leather
    • Omni-Axe II (Upgrade)
    • Northern Spaulders
    • Northern Breeches
    • Blueberry Bandage
    • Blueberry Chair

While the Smoothie you can create is also great, what you’ll need more of is Blueberry Leather. To create one piece of Blueberry Leather, you need three Blueberry Chunks, which you can usually get by breaking down one Blueberry. So, if you want some Tier II armor or some Blueberry Furniture, bring as many Chunks as you can back to your base and start stocking up on some Leather; it will come in handy later.
