The Gathering Hall has always been the place for Hunters to prepare for hunts or just hang out. Monster Hunter Outlanders also has its own version of this multiplayer hub, complete with familiar activities to enjoy with friends. However, unlike the Gathering Halls in the console and handheld games, it comes with a slight twist.
How to Unlock the Gathering Hall in Monster Hunter Outlanders

Yes, there is a Gathering Hall in Monster Hunter Outlanders, located between the Workshop and Echo, but it’s tied to the Guild system. To unlock it, you must first join a Guild or create one yourself. Unlike the ones in the mainline games, here each Gathering Hall is its own instance for Guild members only.
If you’re looking for a more public place to hang out in, Kulune Village basically functions like the settlements in Monster Hunter Wilds. However, the number of visible Hunters depends on your graphical settings. At Ultra, the maximum number of visible players is 25, not counting NPCs.
All Gathering Hall Facilities in Monster Hunter Outlanders

The Gathering Hall offers most of the same facilities found outside in Kulune Village, so you won’t have to travel back and forth just to take care of business. Here’s a list of all the facilities and NPCs available in the Gathering Hall:
| NPC | Facility |
|---|---|
| Sidral, Mystic Melder | Research Point Melding |
| Peach, Artisan | Smithy |
| Mina, Guild Admin | Guild Clash menu |
| Tata, Supply Officer | Guild Supply |
| Livy, Hub Merchant | General Shop |
| Lucky, Rewards Shop | Premium Shop |
| Sasha, Recruitment Manager | Adventurer Gacha menu |
| Clover, Event Manager | Seasonal Event menu |
| Canteen | Food buffs |
| Miya, Hub Manager | Gameplay Handbook menu |
| Training Ground | Practice area |
But aside from the facilities above, Monster Hunter Outlanders‘ Gathering Hall also features several side distractions that you can enjoy with other Hunters:
- Arm Wrestling tables.
- Hot Spring where players can sit down and play around with gestures.
- Breath Holding minigame in the Hot Spring. Also comes with a leaderboard.
Guild vs Guild Activities

Just like other games with a Guild system, you can compete with other Guilds to get exclusive rewards.
The first is the Guild Clash, where your four-player squad races against another Guild’s team to defeat the same monster as fast as they can. Speak to Mina, the Guild Admin, to participate. Guild Clash opens every Saturday at 20:15 (UTC-4), with each session consisting of four rounds. Completing hunts earns points based on speed and difficulty, while participating in more matches grants Cheer Points that provide bonus damage and damage reduction.
The other one is the Guild Carnival, which offers something different from the usual monster hunting business. This rhythm-based 3v3 minigame pits two teams against each other to see who can input button sequences correctly and faster. Guild Carnival opens daily at 12:00 and 18:00 (UTC-4), with each session lasting two hours and ten minutes. If there aren’t enough players, empty slots will be filled with bots.
